Davido to sponsor former Sunyani SHS student who made 8As through Uni

Nigerian singer Davido has awarded a former student of the Sunyani Senior High School (SHS) Morro Sulleyman who made 8As in the West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) a scholarship to study in the University.
The scholarship will cover the cost of tuition and accommodation for the young man while he is at the University of Adeke, Nigeria, according to the singer.
In a tweet the singer said: “We have contacted Suleyman who lives in Ghana and he has been given a full 4/5 year scholarship to Adeleke university .. accommodation and allowance included ! God bless y’all.”

The plight of the young man was shared by a one Nana Yaw on Twitter, who appealed to well-meaning persons to support him.
The young man, was reported to have been home with no plans of furthering his education, despite making 8As in the WASSCE.
The Nigerian singer then began a search for the young man on Twitter.
In a Tweet on Wednesday, 22 June 2022, he wrote: “Who can please find this boy for me??”
