The Centralised Services E-Recruitment Portal (C-SERP), under the Ministry of the Interior, has officially announced the commencement of Phase II of the 2025/26 recruitment process into Ghana’s Internal Security Agencies.
In a public notice, C-SERP congratulated all applicants who successfully passed Phase I of the recruitment exercise and qualified for the next stage. According to the announcement, documentation and body inspection for shortlisted applicants will take place from January 12, 2026, to February 4, 2026.
The exercise will be conducted in a structured order involving the following security agencies:
Ghana Police Service
Ghana Prisons Service
Ghana National Fire Service
Ghana Immigration Service
However, C-SERP clarified that only applicants to the Ghana Police Service are currently being scheduled for Phase II. Candidates who applied to the other security services are advised to remain patient, as updates regarding their documentation and inspection dates will be communicated after January 15, 2026, following the stated order.
The announcement emphasised that all qualified applicants should closely monitor official C-SERP communication channels for further directives and detailed schedules.
The Centralised Services E-Recruitment Portal is powered by TrybeNet and serves as the unified recruitment platform for Ghana’s internal security agencies.
Applicants have been urged to comply strictly with instructions during the documentation and body inspection process to avoid disqualification.
