Education Minister announces limited recruitment drive for high school teachers

The Minister for Education, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, has announced a limited recruitment drive for high school teachers across the country, set to commence next week.
This initiative aims to bolster the teaching workforce and improve the quality of education in high schools.
He explained that further details on the application process and specific areas of focus for this recruitment drive will be provided soon.
In addition, Dr. Adutwum deliver an important address on the state of education in Ghana. During his speech, the Minister covered key developments, achievements, and future plans for the education sector.

This announcement follows the government’s recent declaration through the Ministry of Health to recruit 15,200 nurses and midwives.
The application process for this recruitment will begin on Monday, August 5th, 2024, at 12:00 noon and end on Friday, August 23rd, 2024, at 6:00 pm
