A/R: Barniekrom residents living in fear over suspected ritual killing

Residents of Barniekrom in the Ahafo-Ano South West District of the Ashanti region are living in fear after the killing of three individuals by a suspected fetish priest.
Osman Majeed is alleged to have shot the three victims, claiming they had attacked him.
At the scene of the incident, police recovered a motorbike, eight used cartridges, and four cutlasses.
While the police have begun an investigation into the incident, the Assembly Member for the area, Mr. Kingsley Asare, is calling for police to be deployed to the community to ensure the residents' protection.
