A/R: Man lynched for allegedly stealing wheelbarrow in Deduako Kodiekrom
A 30-year-old man named Kwaku, popularly known as Coleman, has been lynched by a mob at Deduako Kodiekrom in the Oforikrom Municipality of the Ashanti region.
The man was allegedly lynched for stealing a wheelbarrow.
Eyewitnesses reported that the deceased, who was reputed as a known thief involved in various acts of stealing, was butchered multiple times by the angry mob.
The father of the deceased, identified as Taller, confirmed the sad incident and acknowledged that his son had a history of engaging in theft.
Despite his efforts to guide his son away from a life of crime, the deceased reportedly did not heed the advice, the father told Class 91.3 FM’s Ashanti Regional Correspondent, Elisha Adarkwah.
