John Kumah to be buried May 18
The final funeral rite for the late Deputy Finance Minister and Member of Parliament for Ejisu, John Ampontuah Kumah, has been slated for May 18, 2024.
The funeral will be held at Onwe in the Ejisu Constituency of the Ashanti region.
The date was announced at the one-week celebration of the late Ejisu MP held on Thursday, 28 March 2024 at Onwe.
The week's celebration was attended by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, and his Vice, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia.
The Chief of Staff, Members of Parliament, Chief Executive Officers of government agencies, and political party leaders among others also consoled the family.
John Ampontuah Kumah died after a short illness on March 7, 2024, at the age of 45.
