kyebi: Ghana National Fire Service College donates items to Asiakwa SOS Children's Village
As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility and to foster good relationships within its surrounding communities, the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) College in Kyebi on Saturday, June 21, 2025, organised a donation event.
This initiative coincided with the graduation preparations for Cadet Intake XXIV, the first group of trainees from the newly established GNFS College.
The Commandant, DCFO James Christian N.K. Ankrah led a team of management staff, instructors, and trainees to donate assorted items to the Asiakwa SOS Children's Village.
During their visit, the team took the opportunity to interact with the children, providing them with hope and love.
DCFO Ankrah assured the village's management of the college's commitment to offering support and making regular visits, aiming to establish a long-standing relationship with the village.
The management of the SOS Village expressed their gratitude for this generous gesture and promised to collaborate with the GNFS College.
