MPOX: MoH serves update

According to the Ministry of Health, as of October 1, 2025, 670 total cases of MPOX (monkeypox) were confirmed in Ghana.
There were 13 new cases out of the above mentioned figure.
Three deaths have been recorded so far.
There are no new deaths recorded.
The ministry underlined that MPOX spread mainly through close contact with someone who had the disease.
