Akufo-Addo appoints Kofi Ofosu Nkansah as NEIP CEO
Mr Kofi Ofosu Nkansah has been appointed as the chief executive officer of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP).
This was contained in a letter signed by the Chief of Staff at the office of the President, Akosua Frema Osei-Opare on Tuesday, 11 January 2021.
The new NEIP CEO appointed by President Akufo-Addo is expected to confirm his acceptance of the appointment within 14 days of receipt of the letter.
Mr Nkansah, until his appointment, was the managing director of the Accra Digital Centre.
He became the MD in February 2017.
He replaces John Kumah, who is the Member of Parliament for Ejisu in the Ashanti Region and one of two deputy ministers of Finance.
