EC withdraws 2 officials allegedly bribed during Ejisu polls

The Electoral Commission (EC) has taken decisive action by withdrawing two temporary staff members following the emergence of a video allegedly showing them receiving what seems to be a bribe.
The viral footage shows an unidentified individual placing a white envelope on the table in front of the EC officials during the Ejisu by-election.
In a statement, the commission reiterated its unwavering commitment to upholding fundamental principles of integrity, truth, and transparency.
The two staff members have been temporarily withdrawn from their duties pending a thorough investigation into the incident.
