Julius Debrah ideal candidate to partner Mahama – NDC New Juaben South chairman

Selassie Amuzu, the New Juaben South Constituency Chairman for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has said Julius Debrah is the ideal candidate to partner with John Mahama to challenge the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the 2024 elections.
Mr Amuzu highlighted Mr Debrah's successful career as a businessman and politician, including his roles as regional chairman, minister, and chief of staff.
Mr Osman Abdullah Nabali, the Ashanti Regional Youth Organiser for the NDC, has also suggested that the NPP is likely to select Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia as their flagbearer, potentially affecting NDC votes in the Northern sector.
To counter this, Nabali argued that the NDC needs a strong running mate from the southern sector, particularly someone who resonates with the youth.
He believes that Julius Debrah is well-suited for this role.
The two gentlemen said these after a walk to rally support for Julius Debrah as the running mate to John Dramani Mahama in the crucial 2024 elections.
