Parliament resumes Oct. 22
The Parliament of Ghana will on Tuesday, 22 October 2019 resume sitting for the third meeting of the third session of the seventh parliament of the fourth republic.
This was disclosed in a notice issued by the Speaker of Parliament, Prof Aaron Michael Quaye on Monday, 7 October 2019.
Parliament went on recess on Friday, 2 August 2019.
The notice said: "In pursuant to Standing Order 37 of the Parliament of Ghana, I, Professor Aaron Michael Oquaye, Right Honourable Speaker of Parliament, hereby give notice that the third meeting of the third session of the seventh Parliament of the fourth republic will commence on Tuesday, 22 October 2019 at ten o'clock in the forenoon at parliament house, Accra."
