'Visionless', 'power-desperate' Mahama 'biggest threat to Ghana’s progress' - Ntim Fordjour says he 'only cancels good policies'

Former President John Mahama is the most significant threat to Ghana's forward march, Deputy Minister of Education John Ntim Fordjour has said.
Following the National Democratic Congress flagbearer's recent reiteration to scrap the teacher licensure exam should he win the 2024 presidential election, Rev Ntim Fordjour, who is the MP for Assin South, tweeted: "There are leaders who establish policies and introduce new systems for the good of our people and for the development of our nation".
"This one", in reference to Mr Mahama, "lacks vision".
"He only cancels and threatens to cancel good policies at every opportunity", the clergyman-turned-politican observed.
"Mahama is, by far, the biggest threat to Ghana’s progress", the lawmaker said, adding: "The alternative is empty! No vision, just desperate for power which was once incompetently handled".
