The Princesses are pushing to reach the fourth and final round of the qualifiers after being held to a 2-2 draw in the first leg at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.
The result leaves Ghana needing a strong victory away from home to secure progression.
The return fixture is scheduled for Saturday, February 14, at the Nelspruit-Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit, with kickoff set for 1 PM.
With qualification on the line, the Black Princesses will be aiming to deliver a commanding performance on South African soil.
