Hard work is our team secret - Nora Hauptle

Black Queens coach Nora Hauptle is attributing the teams steady rise to hard-work.
The Swiss has led the team to six consecutive wins following her appointment last year.
Ghana will host Rwanda in the 2nd leg of the Women's Africa Cup of Nations 2nd round qualifier at the Accra Sports stadium on Tuesday.
The Black Queens won the 1st leg 7-0 in Kigali and are in pole position to qualify for the next round.
Speaking ahead of the game, Nora Hauptle credited the players for taking the right decisions on the pitch.
“I can say the secret behind the gradual improvement of the team is putting in lot of work but I need to congratulate the players for taking the right decisions on the pitch’’ she said.
“I have a great staff with professional analysis of the game with individual talks as well. We are proud that we scored so many goals and even more proud to have clean sheets. Our game plan worked and the players transmitted it very well”.
“We have a plan which we slightly adapt and off course we also position players well to function well in our games.
“All 23 players are fit and ready to perform tomorrow. Players will know who will start tomorrow in our pre-match meeting. A bit of impressions from the last training will also count” Nora added.
The game is scheduled for 4pm at the Accra Sports stadium on Tuesday, September 26,2023.
