Raycom urges businesses to adopt emerging technologies
Customer experience is being taken to another level in the services sector (banking, insurance, telecom etc.) following the increasing importance of customer service, service quality and telephone etiquette in today’s business.
Chief Executive Officer of Raycom Technologies, Ben Atitsogbui stated that RayCom Technologies is well-positioned to deliver hybrid cloud solutions to mid-market companies in the country, to help them to achieve their digital transformation objectives.
“RayCom Technologies delivers unified communications (UC) and contact centre (CC) hybrid cloud solutions powered by Avaya IP Office to its extensive customer base across Africa,” he noted.
He disclosed this to some business journalists when the company held its annual customer engagement in Accra.
According to him, the services offered by the company were expected to ensure that organisations benefit from RayCom Technologies’ state-of-the-art infrastructure and expertise while minimising upfront investment and benefiting from an “opex” business model.
Cloud solutions
Mr Atitsogbui said the Mid-market Cloud Solutions, based on the world-class Avaya IP Office platform, was the only UC and CC cloud offers for mid-size businesses in the market that utilise the same code base as on-premises deployments – providing the easiest, most flexible means of moving to cloud, and allowing clients to protect their existing investment.
He said RayCom Technologies will continue to provide pre- and post-sales support; training and education, to ensure that their clients and partners obtain the maximum value from their cloud investment. The clients are into banking, telecommunications, and hospitality amongst others.
RayCom Technologies is a leading provider of next-generation business collaboration and communication solutions, providing unified communications, real-time video collaboration, contact centres services, networking, and related services to companies of all sizes in Ghana and sub-Sahara Africa.
“With the explosion of high-speed internet connectivity, our managed solution would offer customers in Ghana and the sub-Sahara Africa, a seamless team and customer engagement communication solutions that used to be available to only the top enterprises at optimal cost,” Mr Atitsogbui said.
