Check out Shatta Wale’s age, according to Stonebwoy

Stonebwoy has wished his fellow reggae/dancehall superstar Shatta Wale a happy birthday in a warm-yet-witty social media post.
“Life is the ultimate [so] let's celebrate each day with gratitude,” Stonebwoy wrote on Twitter.
He proceeded to wish Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr, alias Shatta Wale, a “happy 55th birthday anniversary,” and praised him as the Don of all the world in the Akan language: “Wiase nyinaa Don.”
Before the Bhim Nation leader asked the Shatta Movement (SM) leader: “Where’s the party?” he added some dove, kiss and earth emojis and evoked the imminent release of the ‘Gift of God (GoG)’ album with a hashtag and the words: “Let's go.”
Attached to the Monday, 17 October 2022 tweet was an image of the two holding hands and posing for a picture.
The photo is a memory of when the two Ghanaian acts nicknamed 1Gad and 1Don, respectively, made peace after their 2019 near-violent confrontation on the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards stage.
Shatta Wale had stormed the stage while Stonebwoy was on it accepting what was to be his fifth Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the Year award.
During that moment, in the footage, a gun was seen on Stonebwoy.
The two artistes were arrested and arraigned in the days that followed the incident.
On the day their reconciliation was published, Shatta Wale was captured in a video planting a surprise kiss on Stonebwoy’s cheek. This may explain why 1Gad added a kiss and a dove with a leaf in its beak emojis to his tweet and attached the peculiar picture.
Meanwhile, the birthday celebrant Shatta Wale is yet to release his latest album titled ‘Gift of God’ as hugely advertised.
Yesterday, he released a single from the project that was supposed to be out today.
The song is called ‘Cash Out’ and since its release, social media has gone wild about it with a warm reception and claims that it is reminiscent of Nigerian Burna Boy’s ‘Last Last’.
For Shatta Wale's age, judging from what he told Paul Adom-Otchere on Thursday, 6 October 2022 during Metro TV's 'Good Evening Ghana' programme, he is 38 years old today.
