I’ve no problem with Sarkodie - Awal

Sarkodie has signed on another young rapper Strongman. However, Awal in his latest freestyle rap appears to be questioning why Sarkodie will sign on Strongman instead of him (Awal).
Claims on social media are that Awal is furious with Sarkodie.
But speaking to Accra-based Hitz FM on Friday, 1 February 2019 the rapper said: “I don’t have any diss song out there to diss Sarkodie so I'm even surprised.
“Sometimes I do freestyle and upload it on my page and the bloggers will just pick it and write a story out of it that Awal is dissing Sarkodie. I don’t know why maybe the bloggers are doing that for traffic on their websites”.
Asked about his relationship with Sarkodie and if he is disappointed for not being signed onto ‘Sarkcess music’, the ‘Jawule’ Hitmaker said: “I don’t have a single problem with Sarkodie, never, so the rumours out there are false.
“No I am not disappointed that he did not sign me onto his record label maybe he has his plans, I don’t think Sarkodie signing me is going to be a big deal, I think he has his plans, I am not disappointed in any way I think I have really learnt a lot from Sarkodie and I am still learning and we have the relationship, the most important thing is the relationship and I am happy about that.”
He added: “Sarkodie helped me in paying my fees, Mr Simon Ohene Kofi paid my fees and he [Sarkodie] also helped me in petty stuff. I also give him [Sarkodie] the credit for doing the good work, I think Sarkodie is very cool.
“It is circulating that I am not on good terms with Sarkodie but it is never true we are cool, I quite remember when he came on your show, I told him I will come home. I have sent him a song which I am waiting for his verse on it, so we are looking forward to that,” he stated.
