A/R: Landlady of Kussasi Chief collapses, dies upon hearing of his death

An 84-year-old landlady of the assassinated Ashanti Regional Kussasi Chief has allegedly died out of shock upon hearing the shooting of her tenant.
The Chief, Naa Abdul-Malik Azenbe, was allegedly shot by some unknown gun-wielded men who were on a motorcycle.
The incident occured at Asawase F-Line in the Asokore Mampong Municipality on Tuesday, July 22, 2025.
The landlady's son, Emmanuel Mensah, also known as Bob, narrated to Kumasi FM's Elisha Adarkwah that his mother was at home when the fatal shooting occured.
She inquired about what was happening outside and upon being briefing, she collapsed and died.
