C/R: We’re investigating Assin-Bereku accident – Police

The Police Service has urged the public to remain calm while it continues investigations into a motor accident involving a 44-year-old man at Assin-Bereku in the Central Region.
A statement issued by the Police on Wednesday, 14 June 2023, revealed investigations have commenced into a motor accident “involving a motorbike and a Daewoo truck with registration number GX3489-14 at Assin Bereku.”
It continued that: “The accident which occurred on 12 Jun2 2023 resulted in severe injury to one person, Ibrahim Abubakar Musah who was immediately sent to hospital for treatment.”
“The driver of the Daewoo truck, George Owusu is currently on Police Enquiry Bail assisting the investigation,” the statement added.
