KIPC CEO lauds farmers in Keta municipality

The CEO of the Keta Investment Promotion Centre, Enyonam A. Apetorgbor, has promised the centre is ready and determined to work with farmers in the Keta Municipality on new farming practices and supply them with farm inputs to boost their harvest.
“My team of agricultural experts stand ready to assist you in modern land use methods, fish farming and emerging trends in agriculture in general.
“Towards this goal, my team of experts will soon roll out training programmes for you in our municipality in the bid to build your capacity in these issues,” Ms Apetorgbor said in a statement to mark the occasion of Farmers’ Day today, Friday, 2 December 2022.
Meanwhile, under the combined umbrella of the Keta Investment Promotion Center and Keta Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), she promised to ensure value addition for farm produce to meet the export standards.
She congratulated Ghanaian farmers in general and thanked them for feeding the nation adding “you have made us who we are.”
