COVID-19: 842,521 vaccinated, active load, deaths rise

Ghana has vaccinated some 842,521 people against the COVID-19 pandemic so far.
The active caseload has risen to 1,469 as 129 new cases were recently confirmed, according to the latest figures from the Ghana Health Service.
Of that number, eight are in critical condition while 26 are severe.
The death toll has also risen to 777.
So far, a total of 92,166 cases have been confirmed in the country since mid-March 20202.
Since that period, a total, 89,920 have recovered.
