Akufo-Addo appoints Ofori-Atta as senior presidential advisor, special envoy for int’l finance

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has named former Minister of Finance, Ken Ofori-Atta, as the Senior Presidential Advisor and Special Envoy for International Finance and Private Sector Investments.
Mr. Ofori-Atta's appointment comes after his recent departure from the position of Finance Minister on Wednesday, February 14, with Mohammed Amin Adam assuming the role.
Chief of Staff Akosua Frema Osei-Opare, in a statement dated February 15, extended congratulations to the former Finance Minister on his new appointment and conveyed best wishes for his future endeavours.
