The New Patriotic Party (NPP) USA Branch celebrated its 30th anniversary over the weekend, with Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia joining the festivities in Washington, United States, alongside some NPP national executives and senior government officials. 

Established in the early 90s during Ghana's transition from military rule to the 4th Republic, NPP USA has evolved into a dynamic and influential external branch of the NPP.

Dr. Bawumia highlighted the significant support and contributions of the NPP USA Branch to the party, acknowledging the founders for their bold initiative and applauding all individuals who have played various roles in the branch's success. Currently, NPP USA boasts 27 active chapters across the United States.

Emphasising the importance of continuous support from NPP USA and other external branches, Dr. Bawumia noted that this backing will be even more critical as the party aims to "break the 8" and pursue its transformational vision for Ghana in the 4th Industrial Revolution.
