Dec. 7 polls: Vote wisely, ensure the leaders chosen truly represent values, aspirations of democracy – CADeP

Executive Chairman of Center for Africa Development and Progress (CADeP), Johanes Koku Nyagblordzro, has called on all citizens to exercise their right to vote wisely.
Apart from that, he advocated ensuring that the leaders chosen at the polls truly represented the values and aspirations of a democratic Ghana.
His call comes after CADeP, following its October sensitisation programme themed: ‘Ensuring True Leadership for Democratic Stability and Advancement in Ghana’, urged Ghanaians to reflect on the state of the country’s democracy.
“It is imperative to examine whether we are nurturing a democracy rooted in true leadership or perpetuating practices that undermine genuine progress,” the CADeP executive admonished.
He, however, called on all to prioritise integrity, humility, and selflessness as voters shape the future of Ghana.
