Energy Minister engages communities in Yapei-Kusawgu Constituency

The Minister for Energy and Green Transition, John Abdulai Jinapor, has toured several communities in the Yapei-Kusawgu Constituency of the Savannah Region to engage residents on issues affecting their livelihoods and development.
As part of the visit, Mr. Jinapor, who also serves as the constituency’s Member of Parliament, held interactions with market women, school authorities, farmers, and community leaders in Poposa, Mpeasem, Asokalafia, Gokope, Dokupe, and other surrounding communities.
The discussions focused on challenges facing the communities and possible solutions to improve living conditions.
The Minister assured residents of his continued commitment to addressing their concerns, particularly in areas of education, agriculture, and local infrastructure.
Mr. Jinapor further pledged to work closely with stakeholders to ensure that development initiatives in the constituency reflect the real needs of the people.
Residents expressed appreciation for the visit, noting that such engagements help strengthen the bond between leadership and the grassroots.
