Suhuyini donates motorbikes, other items to support health outreaches, agriculture in Tamale North
In a recent effort to bolster community health and agriculture, Alhassan Suhuyini, Member of Parliament for Tamale North, has made a generous donation of motorbikes and other essential items.
This initiative aims to enhance health outreach programs and support agricultural production within his constituency.
The donation, which took place on Thursday, August 2, included several motorbikes designed to facilitate the mobility of health workers and extension officers.
By improving transportation, these motorbikes are expected to enable more efficient delivery of health services and agricultural support to remote areas in Tamale North.
In addition to the motorbikes, Suhuyini provided a range of items intended to support local farmers and health practitioners.
These include agricultural tools, medical supplies, and educational materials for health outreach programs.
The goal is to improve access to necessary resources and services for both the health sector and the agricultural community.
Mr Suhuyini emphasised the importance of these contributions in addressing the challenges faced by his constituents.
He noted that the enhanced mobility for health workers would lead to better health outcomes, while the agricultural support would boost productivity and livelihoods for local farmers.
The donation has been well received by the community, with many expressing their gratitude for the support.
