GFA to host CAF License B coaching course in Prampram
The Ghana Football Association (GFA), through its Coaching Education School, will host a Confederation of African Football (CAF) License B Coaching Course from February 2 to 11, 2026, at the GFA Technical Centre at Prampram in the Greater Accra Region.
The course forms part of the GFA’s ongoing efforts to enhance the technical capacity of football coaches in the country and align coaching standards with CAF’s licensing framework.
Participants are expected to undergo intensive theoretical and practical training sessions designed to improve tactical understanding, player development, match analysis and modern coaching methodologies.
Officials of the GFA say the programme will help equip local coaches with the requisite skills and certification needed to coach at higher levels of the game, both locally and across the continent.
The CAF License B Coaching Course is one of the mandatory requirements for coaches seeking to progress to advanced CAF coaching licenses.
The GFA Coaching Education School has, in recent years, intensified efforts to roll out structured coaching programmes as part of its broader agenda to improve the quality and competitiveness of football in Ghana.
