According to Dave Chappelle, seriel Grammy award-winning rapper Jay Z has real estate investments in Ghana.

The superstar comic made the revelation at a private engagement at the University of Ghana, Legon, yesterday, Thursday, January 5, 2023. 

3Music personality Olele Salvador and 3FM's Giovanni Caleb were both at the event dubbed: 'A Conversation with Chance the Rapper and Special Guest'. 

"Multiple Grammy award-winning Hiphop rapper, Jay Z, has properties in Ghana, according to Dave Chappelle," Olele tweeted. "Jay Z showed him pictures of the properties when he hit him up to come to Ghana together."

"Dave Chappelle: When I told Jay Z about coming to Ghana, he showed me pictures of his houses here in Ghana," tweeted Giovanni.

Dave Chappelle is in Ghana as part of Vic Mensa and Chance the Rapper's week-long 'Black Star Line Festival' which climaxes today, Friday, January 6, 2023, with a music concert at the Black Star Square, Accra. Dave arrived on Tuesday. 

Rumour has it Kanye West is a surprise guest tonight at the event which will see performances from Erykah Badu, T-Pain, Jeremih, Sarkodie, M.anifest, Asakaa Boys, etc.
