Fathers' Day: CMG celebrates dads with cooking competition

The Class Media Group (CMG), in commemoration of this year’s Fathers’ Day celebration on Sunday, 20 June 2021, organised a cooking competition for fathers in corporate organisations.
The first edition of the CMG Fathers’ Day cookout brought together men, who battled it out by showing of how best they could cook braised rice, popularly known as ‘Angwa Moo’.
At the end of the keen, fun-filled competition, the host of The Citizen Show on Accra100.5 FM, Mr Kwabena Bobie Ansah, was adjudged the ultimate winner.
The marketing manager of Promasidor Ghana Limited, Shine Toesoo, was named the first runner-up.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Greenfield Scientific Herbal Clinic, Dr Bright Okoh, and CEO of Eclipse Collateral Management, Kafui Amegah, managed the second and third runner-up positions.
The Convener for the Federation of Concerned Arts Professionals (FOCAP), Enoch Agyepong, was the fourth runner-up.
The winners were rewarded with assorted gift hampers from the event sponsors.
The sponsors included Promasidor Ghana Limited, producers of Onga and Yumvita; Tasty Tom, Gigi's Kitchen, Oba, The Lord of Host Enterprise, Dainess Foods, Greenfield Scientific Herbal Clinic, Meannan Foods, Borges Oil, Mansowa Herbal Centre and Bel Beverages.
