Class Media Group celebrates Customer Service Week with a message of gratitude
Class Media Group (CMG), operators of nine radio stations across the country and one television station in Accra, has joined organisations around the world in commemorating this year's Customer Service Week, a period dedicated to celebrating the people who keep businesses thriving — clients, audiences, partners, and dedicated staff.
In a statement issued by management, CMG expressed appreciation to its stakeholders, describing the week as “a special time to recognise and appreciate the people who make Class Media Group thrive.”
The company emphasised that “every connection is an opportunity to serve better,” encouraging its team across all platforms — including TV, radio, and digital — to use the week to deepen engagement with audiences and clients.
As part of the celebration, hosts, presenters, producers, and client service teams have been urged to make the week memorable by:
Sharing on-air thank-you messages and shout-outs to loyal listeners, viewers, and clients.
Creating interactive audience moments to show appreciation.
Recognising colleagues and teams who consistently deliver excellent service.
CMG’s management also highlighted the importance of internal appreciation, reminding staff that each member of the CMG family “is a client deserving of respect, appreciation, and care.”
The statement concluded with a rallying call for continued excellence: “Here’s to great service, lasting relationships, and continued excellence. Happy Customer Service Week.”
With this initiative, Class Media Group reaffirms its commitment to strengthening relationships and maintaining its reputation for quality service and professionalism across Ghana’s media landscape.
