Amen Amen Institute supports World Food Day with GH₵10,000 donation

The Amen Amen Institute, a long-standing partner of the United Nations, has reaffirmed its commitment to food security and sustainable development with a GH₵10,000 donation towards this year’s World Food Day celebrations.
Themed “Hand in Hand for Better Food and a Better Future,” the 2025 event underscores the importance of collective action in building resilient food systems.
The institute, which has for decades championed World Food Day walks and awareness campaigns, says the donation reflects its dedication to improving livelihoods and ensuring national food security.
Daniel Reynolds made the donation of GHS 10,000 on behalf of Amen Amenreynolds Amen, the Founder and Leader of The Amen Amen Institute
He encouraged young people, especially those engaged with the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MoFA), to take farming seriously as a pathway to prosperity and national growth.
“Agriculture is a vital sector that demands sustained attention and investment.
By empowering the youth to embrace farming, we can secure a stronger and better future for all,” Mr. Reynolds said.
The institute also expressed appreciation to national authorities and stakeholders who continue to work tirelessly to safeguard food security and improve the well-being of Ghanaians.
According to the institute, the support demonstrates its unwavering commitment to advancing initiatives that promote food security, sustainability, and inclusive development across the country.
