Margins Group pays tribute to victims of military helicopter crash
Margins Group has joined the nation in mourning the eight distinguished Ghanaians who lost their lives in last Wednesday’s military helicopter crash in the Ashanti Region.
In a solemn ceremony at the forecourt of the Jubilee House, the company’s leadership stood alongside government officials, dignitaries, and ordinary citizens to honour the memory of the servicemen and public officials who died in the line of duty.
In a statement, Margins Group extended its “heartfelt condolences to their families, colleagues, and all Ghanaians affected by this great loss,” adding that “our thoughts and prayers remain with them during this difficult time.”
The victims, including Defence Minister Dr. Edward Omane Boamah, Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Ibrahim Murtala Muhammed, Samuel Sarpong, Vice Chairman of NDC, Samuel Aboagye, former parliamentary candidate and three Ghana Armed Forces personnel, perished when the Z-9 helicopter they were aboard went off radar en route to Obuasi on August 6.
Margins Group described the fallen as men who “dedicated their lives to advancing our nation,” pledging that their service and sacrifice will continue to inspire national unity and progress.
